For Management:

• What are the manager's duites?
• What are the termination provisions, if the relationship does not work or the manger decides to leave?

For Manufacturing:

• What Quality Control measures are in place?
• When will the goods be delivered?
• If there is a problem with quality or delivery schedule, what are the steps for redress?
