The deal is made and an agreement signed; however, this is just beginning. Many contactual agreements have follow-up obligations, requirements, and check-ins that require not only attention from the parties, but often require additional documentation. For example, changes to a construction project may require a Change Order. Or a Certification may be required to prove the veracity of a statement in an agreement.

- Signatures by all-required parties - often this may just be one party that is providing additional documentation as required by the original agreement.
